Priced by the space your pieces take.
No unit sizes to guess. Each piece is measured when it arrives, boxes go in a vault, and your price is locked for 12 months.
- Storage
- $1.00a cubic foot, each month
- Length x width x height of each piece, in feet. A sofa 8 x 4 x 3 feet is 96 cubic feet.
- Receiving
- $10.00an item, once
- When an item arrives we inventory, photograph, wrap and place it.
- Delivery
- $100.00per mover, per hour
- 2-hour minimum, then billed in 30-minute steps, covering pulling, loading, travel and placing. Tolls and truck rental are passed on at cost. Pickups are quoted for your address.
- Late payment
- None
- Only if a bill is still unpaid 5 days after it was due.

Your price, locked
Self-storage often starts low and rises after a few months. Ours does not.
Your price is locked for your first 12 months. After that, any rise is at most 3% a year.
How billing works
- Bills go out on the 1st of each month for the pieces in our care that day.
- Nothing is prorated. A piece that arrives after the billing date is first billed the following month, and a piece that goes home before it is not billed again.
- Bills are due 15 days after they are sent, and you can pay online by bank transfer or card.
- Your account shows every piece, its size and what it costs each month.
